CPCAB LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATE IN COUNSELLING SKILLS

This qualification is designed to give learners the underpinning knowledge, skills and competencies to use helping skills ethically and safely in a variety of contexts and roles. Our course is based in the Person Centred Approach, developed by Carl Rogers.

This Qualification is for:

Those starting the first level of training as a professional counsellor.
Those who want to learn helping skills in other professional or helping roles.
Those who want to improve their professional and personal relationships as part of personal development.
Those who want to develop their understanding of themselves and their way of being.

This qualification could lead increased employability for those whose role is to support others in, for example, health and social care work, teaching and learning, advocacy and mediation, support and project work, other helping roles.
It provides additional skills for those already in employment likely to lead to increased opportunities for promotion and advancement.

Level 2 course start dates

August 2026: Saturdays 9.30am to 12.30pm (online). Course full and underway.
Tuesday, October 27 - From 6pm to 9pm (online)

£800 for full course, including CPCAB registration

* Instalment options available - £260 on enrolment , followed by 6 x £90 monthly payments.
