The course is 12 weeks in duration and takes place in our Training Room.

Optional Add on:

We recognise that for many women, becoming aware and recognising the abuse they have experienced may be difficult.  We have found that many women would prefer additional personal support whilst they are engaged with this programme.

Therefore we are excited to offer a package of support which include the Freedom Programme + 12 individual one to one counselling sessions with a counsellor from our Charity.

The cost for this package is £240 (£20 per session).
